Just like a fitness camp teaches fitness routines, Business BootCamp is a “short, intensive, and rigorous course of training" offered to ANYONE in a leadership role that is looking to make a shift in their regular routine. Is this you?

Rapid Improvement Workshops (a.k.a Kaizen Workshops) are offered as a 2-day event to help organizations focus on specific areas within their organization.
The ‘7P’ approach - Platform, Purpose, People, Process, Product, Profit and Place - is used to identify areas within the organization that the team requires assistance in developing. A RIW is then held in order to define value, identify waste and perform Rapid Improvements to your system. This is then followed up with monthly coaching to assist you in the implementation.
